Refund policy

We’d rather you try Doughcast for free than pay for something that isn’t right for you. That’s what the trial is for. But if you’re charged and change your mind, here’s how it works.

Subscriptions

• Within 14 days of any charge, first payment or renewal, email us and we’ll refund that charge in full. No interrogation.
• After 14 days, you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partial periods.

Founding member

• Within 30 days of purchase, email us for a full refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Where local law gives you more rights than this policy, the law wins.
